A Glimpse Into My Journey

I'm a Personal Development & Productivity Coach with a passion for helping successful, ambitious single parents navigate life after divorce.

I focus on guiding you to master self-awareness, elevate emotional intelligence, build meaningful relationships with yourself, your kids, and loved ones, and embrace spiritual and intellectual growth.

My approach is all about sustaining a healthy work/life balance while honoring your mental health without shame, so you can create a fulfilling life that aligns with your deepest values.

The path to where I am now was anything but straightforward.

I grew up in a challenging environment, experiencing a fractured family, the trauma of severe childhood abuse, poverty, an absent father, and time spent in the foster care system.

After 25 years together, I divorced my high school sweetheart, which marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life. I am what I call a “Recovering Desperate Housewife”.

Starting over was challenging

Starting over as a single mom brought its challenges, but I embraced them with determination—navigating healing, single parenthood, and personal growth with a resilience I hadn’t fully realized I possessed.

Despite these challenges, I emerged stronger, determined to turn my pain into purpose.

Through therapy and intense personal development, I remain committed to healing my wounds and managing the C-PTSD that stems from both my childhood and a toxic marriage.

I’ve learned to forgive those who hurt me and have discovered my intrinsic value.

I earned my certification as a life and health coach, dedicating countless hours and significant investment in training. I’ve also specialized in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills and Attachment Theory, incorporating these powerful life skills into my coaching sessions to help clients achieve real, lasting change.

My Approach

My approach follows the principle that 'slow is fast, fast is slow,' ensuring that the habits you build are sustainable and truly transformative.

My journey of self-discovery fueled my desire to help others break free from old patterns and create lives they truly love.

Today, I focus on teaching my clients how to do the same.

Because when you align your life with your true values, embrace your strengths, and let go of past limitations, transformation is inevitable.

No more repeating the same mistakes that led to your divorce.

You build meaningful, healthy relationships.

You raise emotionally healthy children in a supportive, loving environment.

You thrive in every aspect of your life.

But what I’ve learned is that it’s not just about the strategies and tools—it’s about embodying your growth, believing in your worth, and knowing that you deserve the life you’re creating.

It’s not about doing more; it’s about being more.

It’s about understanding yourself deeply, setting clear intentions, and taking action that aligns with your highest self.

THAT is the transformation we work on every single day.
